6. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

EU Customers
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing and return the products in their original, unopened condition.
Opened or partially consumed beverages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

Swiss Customers
Swiss customers may withdraw within a reasonable period under similar conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund affected items as appropriate.

7. Product Information and Safety

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; minor variations may occur.

Lucent beverages are intended for healthy adults seeking focus and calm alertness.

High caffeine content (approximately 24 mg per 100 ml, or 80 mg per 330 ml).
Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.

Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Lucent may offer promotional codes or discounts.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to conditions

  • Only one discount code may be used per order

  • Discount codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively

Lucent reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
